Scrive is headquartered in Stockholm, backed by Vitruvian Partners and has over employees. Scrive is a certified MitID broker Stockholm, March Scrive has been certified as a broker by MitID, which later this year will replace NemID as the Danes' digital identification solution. As a certified broker, Scrive will be able to offer MitID as an integrated service in the company's various platforms – including Scrive eSign for digital signing and Scrive eID Hub for approvals and confirmations. To achieve extra security when digitally signing documents, signatories can identify themselves digitally with an eID.
Scrive eSign supports a variety of eIDs, enabling users to identify signatories on a document as a single step in the signing process itself. Currently, signers in their identity via Scrive, but soon that solution Latest Mailing Database will be replaced by MitID. Companies also use eIDs for the secure identification of users and customers in connection with onboarding, secure login, customer checks and other ID checks.
Scrive's eID Hub is an API that provides access to Scrive's entire portfolio of eID solutions. It enables customers to implement independent authentication procedures in their own systems and services. "As a leading provider of digital signing solutions for onboarding and agreement documents, Scrive will make MitID available to our customers as soon as the solution is launched," says René Kappelgård, country manager at Scrive Denmark. "Our goal is to make the customers' transition from NemID to MitID as smooth as possible." MitID will be rolled out throughout the country in May , and NemID will continue to function throughout the year.
